Arbitrators & Mediators
Experienced neutrals, selected for independence and expertise
We help parties identify suitable arbitrators and provide mediators for matters held at the centre. The appointment of an arbitrator remains with the parties (or the court), and every arbitrator gives the written disclosure of independence the law requires.
Retired Judges
Former judges of the High Courts and District Judiciary presiding over complex commercial references and multi-party tribunals.
Senior Advocates & Counsel
Practitioners with two decades of litigation and arbitral experience, comfortable with expedited and document-only procedures.
Domain Experts
Chartered engineers, chartered accountants, IP specialists and maritime professionals for technically dense disputes.
Mediators
Trained mediators and conciliators who lead settlement conferences at the centre with confidentiality safeguards.
